With an impressive track record in Customer Service mainly in the C-Suite, Donna is renowned for her ability to forge strategic relationships and bolster client loyalty. Her proficiency extends to organizing marketing initiatives and events; skills she has applied to her volunteer work with Mission Kids Advocacy Center and The Do Gooders Philadelphia, two organizations dedicated to supporting children and communities in need.
Before her tenure at RiversEdge Advisors, Donna's experience includes Second Curve Capital, fintech BCC Payments, and accumulated a trove of 'backstage stories' from her time in the concert industry with both Live Nation and House of Blues Concerts.
Donna studied Hospitality Administration and Management at Drexel University while working in the Restaurant and Hotel Industry. Her role as Front Office Manager opening a new hotel in Exton, PA further solidified her expertise in client relations and management.
