Keanna Champagne

Keanna serves RiversEdge as Tax & Advisory Administrator, supporting clients and advisors throughout the tax engagement lifecycle. She helps ensure a seamless experience by coordinating client onboarding, managing digital documentation, tracking critical tax filing deadlines, and overseeing billing and administrative workflows.

Before joining RiversEdge, Keanna served as a Program Administrative Assistant at Adoptions From The Heart, where she managed confidential client records, coordinated complex case workflows, and maintained audit-ready documentation. She also held leadership and operational roles as Assistant Director at The Discovery Tree and as a dispatcher for State Farm, building a strong foundation in organization, client service, and process management.

Keanna earned her Associate degree in Early Childhood Education and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Eastern University.
