Matt Shea

Matt Shea serves RiversEdge as Senior Accountant. He supports clients by providing strategic tax planning, financial analysis, and personalized advisory services. Matt works closely with individuals and business owners to optimize tax positions, manage cash flow, and align tax strategies with their long-term goals. 

Before joining RiversEdge, Matt worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he specialized in tax compliance and consulting services for mutual funds and regulated investment companies. He partnered with clients to navigate complex tax regulations, ensure accurate reporting, and support strategic planning within the investment management industry. Matt earned his B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from The College of New Jersey’s School of Business.

As a native of New Jersey, Matt enjoys giving back, where you can find him volunteering at the Camden Soup Kitchen.
