Ryan Smith

Ryan serves RiversEdge as Tax Supervisor, helping individuals, families, and businesses navigate tax compliance and planning with confidence. He works closely with clients to identify planning opportunities and provide thoughtful guidance on the tax implications of important financial and business decisions.

Prior to joining RiversEdge, Ryan spent more than six years at CliftonLarsonAllen LLP, where he advised clients across the real estate, professional services, and family office sectors. He has extensive experience preparing and reviewing complex tax returns for multi-entity organizations and investment partnerships, as well as managing reconciliations for private and alternative investment portfolios.

Ryan earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from West Chester University.
